All orders are made and prepared within 5–7 business days.

During peak periods (including Easter, Christmas, and sales events), processing times may extend to 7–12 business days.

Please note: Personalised items may require additional time depending on the level of customisation.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

  • Flat rate or calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Available at checkout

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


📍 Local Pickup (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available in Broken Hill, NSW.
If enabled, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Coco + May is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
